Terrible workmanship!!!

I have run into this time and time again! Sloppy and just horrible workmanship in lay out and installation. I have had to fix several errors made by other companies that just don't seem to have the know how or experience to do a job correctly. From major issues to minor just overlooked or just plain did not care. These problems could have been delt with if the consumer shopped around a little more and was given a proper break down of service to be rendered. It's frustrating for all contractors to have these kinds of companies doing business but it's due to our financial situation and ease of getting into contracting and becoming a licensed business. There are companies out there that are proficient and and know there trade and are able to do the work needed in a timely manor and actually do excellent work. Finding them is the problem the customer will never know unless they find out the hard way or are warned prior to hiring. If you are in need of a contractor for any reason get references as well as check there license # a good way to check any business or owner. Let the good companies shine and make a good decision based on facts and good information. You will be a happier person at the end...
